To be blunt, something awful must be going on.
There are enough people out there who would pursue a flawed strategy for $1 million salary (or more).
There are enough people out there who would put up with a difficult boss for a $2 million salary.
There are enough people out there who would try to turn around or execute an NPV negative pursuit for a huge salary.
If people are quitting this fast, it IS to protect their reputation. At this rate, it could be that FMG is cooking their books or something that smells similarly bad.
