Agree, as far as I did a little bit of research online, Innovaero has around A$10 mill revenue p.a, has private shareholders and recently, CFO just joined their registry, it is also looking to expand offshore business, should be interesting, Innovaero could be looking for exit strategy via acquisition..old large CFO shareholders were upset and try to block it but some of those oldies large shareholders themselves (TC, BJ) became directors of CFO and achieved what with 17 mill loss? just watch it go. and cry now thinking someone will hijack it, what other options were left for CFO which is running out of money, give business back to Touchstone for penny? or try something new..at least I like try something new and see what comes ahead..
