My speculation? Innovaero aren’t ready just yet to go public.. Time is ticking for the company to find a suitable main business activity for asx compliance with various listing rules..

Carbon New Energy is looking to commercialise and this additional investment may be looking like facilitating some sort agreement with cfoam as an easy listing opportunity..
