in terms of the presentation, Alain already mentioned that the priority at this stage is to improve capacity and continuously improvement across the whole company to improve cross functional work.

He is on board only for 4 weeks and given this short period of time he already admitted that the current priority is to achieve growth and defining a marketing strategy to support the growth (growing with key accounts) along with capacity improvement.

I think we cannot ask too much at this stage but rely on them to do their jobs during the coming weeks as he also mentioned that there are behind sense works are undertaking and they have dedicated staff who are proactive and trying hard to reshape the company.
