The last news from CFO was very clear in that there was going to be some immanent, material developments for the business. It seems a touch odd that given this, the SP is taking a dive. Why would you be selling now if this is the case? Manipulation is certainly a strong possibility. One thing is for sure, they ain't having any of my shares.
