Perhaps CFR can employ such penguins..

Looks like a little de-risking for the company.. Question is now what is the plan, and how will it be paid for if the diamonds don't cross the line... If the Diamonds do hit that checkered flag then this company will become very interesting beyond the punt level. IMO

Perhaps the Madagasca thing is a foot in the door type of alliance....
