easyconners, user "surely" above has highlighted why this is seen as positive and I agree with his/her sentiments. I think there is some influence from the 702 broadcast earlier today as well.
Whilst I think CFU's future is bright I think today's movement is an overreaction considering that the announcement has no short term financial upside and its very likely CFU will need to do a capital raising in the not too distant future.
Disclosure: I sold out today but will get back in once this current run is over.
So I hope this isn't seen as poo-pooing CFU, I do think their tech is awesome and the company has a great future in the medium term but hope to inject some rationality in interpreting today's announcement.
