Another thing against China is the cheap commodity they have is labour and labour isn't a big cost in the building of fuel cells and fuel cell products. Capital intensive machines like robots and kilns are part of where the costs are. It doesn't matter where you locate those items the costs are about the same. H.C Starck had been supplying components from a factory in Thailand. Those same components are now coming from CCTC in China, my guess is labour in China isn't much cheaper than in Thailand.

Europe is our near-term future so I'm glad to see this new focus and re-organisation. The $5mil. potential savings is welcome too as it pushes out the timeframe for the next CR.
