Shares are transferrable thru Computershare [whatever] between UK and Oz.As they are when Dual Listed anywhere.It can be done Overnight by "sophisticated" investors.

Niggling price differences occur due to Exchange Rates but when the BigBoys are dealing in Big Numbers,the most piddling price percentage difference can be taken so THEY get a "drink" ie Arbitrage [A bit of RAGE].
