Entities are required to comply with ASX Listing Rules

Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information.

I believe that the following is material to price or value of OEL:
1. The remaining capital requirement that OEL are required to make in respect of GC21.

Market participants have access to the current cash balance, current undrawn facility, and we know there is a significant opportunity to partake in Talitha (contingent on OEL's capacity to contribute its share of capital).

Multiple individual market participants (from this forum) have been unable to establish the remaining capital contribution, and our guesses range between US$10M to US$30M.

Given the entire market capitalisation (and enterprise value, given net debt of US$4M) is circa USD$30M, the remaining capital spend on GC21 is extremely material - as if it is US$30M (it amounts to the entire business value).

May be worth sending a note to the ASX and the Directors to this effect, as I believe a clarification in respect of the above is material to price / value, and therefore it should be provided in line with the continuous disclosure obligations.
