I think it is easy to get caught up in the notion that the contractor will alter the course of the mine's success. But mining contractors are a dime a dozen, sure some are a bit better than others but not to the extent that one will bring the company to its knees and another will produce great profits - changes like that always come from the clients management of the contractor. If it was high tonnage operation then benefits might be seen with byrnecut as they operate some of the largest UG mines, but in a boutique mine like this the quality of the mine is going to dominate the outcome..
