From what I can see, the commercial leasing business TL Rentals, which was recently re branded to TL Commercial is still writing business (LinkedIn). If they can continue to write business through this time without writing dud deals then if they make it out the other side of COVID they could have quite a large leasing book.
Lots of people wont be able to get finance anywhere else even if they are a courier or transport business which hasn't been majorly effected by COVID so hopefully good business coming their way.
