I would recommend going through COGs strategy announcements from the last 2-3 years. Cameron McCulloch has over promised and under delivered big time. All of COGs 'growth' has been via over priced purchases and they have been unable to create any cost saving synergies on the back end. Smaller aggregators have been licking their lips at the prospect of being offered a massive payday via COG acquisition and then driving their porches off into an early retirement sunset. Cameron McCulloch has a lot to answer for. His in-house leasing product has cost COG a fortune to build and delivered nothing. Cameron's now tried to buy a leasing product via further acquisition and come up short again. Now COVID19 has brought COG to its knees. If you think TL Commercial is going to save the day I think you're sadly mistaken.
