if you use COG's 1HFY20 balance sheet as a bench mark, minus $10m for dud CGR purchase, and minus min. $5m bad debt on EF (based on their graphic chart, the proportion of their finance for SB fitout will definitely foregone, plus bit of others), probably half of intangible, they worth some 20m at the best, half of CGR and similar to YBR ... YBR worth 22m because Bouris father and son took too much salary, other than that, YBR has secured trailing commission back its asset, COG has almost nothing except some greedy broker network.
