The mortgage business: YBR has a trail which goes on - trail books are still being sold on multiple future earnings. EF has no trail - income is from the transaction on settlememt and it goes to the broker or he walks - brokers are only as good as their next deal. Beats me how COG thinks it could be a successful overlord of that.
