The comments about lowering the cost base and only having four employees says it all... Per the annual report:
Chair gets $70,000 plus super
NED's get $50,000 plus super
CEO gets $350,000 plus super
CFO/CoSec is on $14,000 per month or annualised at $168,000
ex-CFO was on $2,100 per day or annualised at $546,000
Above figures don't even include share-based comp. For what? Doing studies as long as they can whilst they hope that the iron ore market improves and that someone will want to fund their stranded asset? Will never cease to amaze me that a company worth $5M in 2020 got pumped all the way to $600M basically off the back of HotCopper forums. HIO/CAP should be held up as a case study for new investors.
