From my phonecall the other day, the gist I got was that we won't be out of the halt until a deal is struck, but it's not an eternal "waiting for a deal", the original deal is being repackaged and has actually had a large portion of that work done, it's again not a "ooooh we're kinda trying", the impression I got was they clearly identified what went wrong, they've fixed the problem, and now it's back with the ASX.
