Posts like this show a fundamental misuderstaning of companies.
Deterra is not Alumina, it is looking to grow the business rather than cash cheques. Last FY expenses were 3% of revenue.
Every decent size mining company has costs in the BD space, Deterra's are simply more obvious as they are the only costs.
I'm fine with them being patient. Much better than a poor acquistion.
But I'm a holder, you don't appear to have a position, other than a dislike of Deterra having staff.
