Despite the strong sales, the way I see it they lost $4m. With $9m left in the bank we maybe have 6-12months or so before a cr. believe there was $12-13 prior year.
They can obviously avoid this by managing cash inflows and expenses as best as possible.
They have well proven there is a market for their products.
The questions are how big is the market. Can we take this to the next level.
Growth in SP will come from market growth. Regular sales in different counties will go a long way to proving this up. But not the only factor. Though the other factors they appear to be well on top of.
There is also competition in this space albeit mostly by private companies.
Is buying some of these up an option ? not really a fan of Rollups.
