CUV just came across my desk, after 2 days of research I see two big red flags.
1) Valuation is stretched - They'd have to making 75m profit a year indefinitely to justify the current price. Probably more if you assume a reasonably short lifespan that is typical of orphan drugs.
2) Your relentless ramping...
On point 1. If the US has 320m people @ 1:140,000, that's only 2,142 people @ c.20% addressable. Your talking an entire real US market of 428 people. That's using the companies figures.
Please tell me I'm wrong, please?
