I currently err on the side of suspicion. If you were at the meeting last year where the former Chairman was overthrown this was not the intended or optimal outcome to simply appoint Leigh otherwise there would not have been consultants brought in to do an extensive global search leading no where!

Vestro, I did think it strange that a CEO would forgo 2m shares unless he felt there was some other reward in sight. I was one of the 'stirrers' from the stalls at the last AGM).
