Great news finally we might see some proactive not reactive management.

Having Chris step into a more active role should provide life science teams with some great experience, knowledge and assistance to get them through the upcoming trials and commercialisation, he also would have numerous and vast contact networks in Europe from his previous roles. As a NED there isn't much involvement in day to day business activities so hopefully now he can make a very positive input.

Along with new hires in Ian and Pierre they now have 3 very experienced executives in life science day to day roles to assist Charlie, Tek and the science and regulation teams to bring this to fruition. I have heard Ian speak once in a radio interview and was very impressed with his delivery, Chris also delivers very well and really hope these two along with Charlie or Tek for technical information front any future webcasts, media, prospective clients etc. They know the game, they know the industry and they know the possibilities.

Happy to see Jack step aside he has done his bit to bring the company forward from a micro cap and set the company on a path on being self reliant and creating its own products in two very dynamic industries rather then waiting/hoping for others to utilise the tech. This was a masterstroke and set the company on its current trajectory, but now is the time for someone else to take it to the next level of scalable, saleable and sustainable product growth. Will be very interesting to see who they bring in as Chair has me excited, could think of a few that would be perfect.

Still expect/hope to see CEO position filled by new boots in the near future, DT has proven competent at guiding the company to a strategy of creating its own products but is seemingly now out of his depth for the next phase of global networking, scale up, sales and regulatory approvals.
If this was due to not having the help he needs around him then that has now begun to change albeit much slower then many of us hoped for. If it was due to not wanting or asking for the help required then that is a fatal flaw and the consequence is obvious.

No one expects a CEO to do it alone but do expect positivity, realistic goals and timeframes and inspired leadership. If you cant inspire shareholders what hope is there for staff, customers and regulators.

As painful as the end of last week was I actually think it may turn out to be very positive longterm, it showed very clearly where the issues lie, some realistic timelines and the new hires on life science, new board members and advisory boards are in place and have experience to do this along with Chris Parkers more involved role should streamline processes.

The Eugeni product hasn't changed it is still going to be a world class POC device, the strategy and knowledge of the industry processes is what seems to have been lacking.

The battery tech despite not getting much air time last weeks webinar which was unfortunate appears to be up there as cutting edge on silicon addition, pushing the absolute limits of anything else I have seen.

Would be great to see some commercial placements on the battery side of the business in the near future as this will be needed and the lessons from life science will be the same lessons to be learnt here. They cant expect to do it all without having the right teams in place to bring it from a lab to scaled production and sales, lets just hope there is a bit more of a proactive push on this front rather then waiting for things to not work then looking for ways to address them.

Still holding and still super positive in the tech and products now with the shake up of the management teams really hoping this gives the boost to the business that it needs to grow into the sustainable growth company we all wish it to be.
