Nothing was said that hadn't been in the announcements. Anthony's departure was due to the Board concluding that he couldn't carry out the CEO role to the standard required by the Board. My guess is that from a legal perspective, there is little else that they can say. They did emphasise that for the Board, the exec, and the "team", it is "business as usual". I can accept that. The business appears to be well run, although I would like to have seen a figure for the expected % of arrears/defaults in a year's time given the point made that the increase over the past year is due to a combination of the maturity of the loan book, and the lower new loan volumes. I would assume that this will continue into the next year, so I wonder how high that arrears number might climb....
