It is incompatible that the board decided to terminate Anthony Nantes with the stated point that there was no "financial irregularityor regulatory contravention..." by Anthony Nantes. If WISR continue to operate without any claimed encumbrances from Anthony's actions or non-actions, why would the Board terminate him. A board's decision to terminate a CEO is serious given that board members would have reviewed the situation and determined it necessary to vote on the matter.
