You have hit on the fundamental error that many are making here - separating the projects from the board. That is, believing that the projects are fine and the problem is the BOD. And, by extension, believing that removal of the BOD will solve all the problems.

But this is a naive view. Obviously, if the projects were good, the proverbial 'drovers dog' would be able to sell them. But that has not happened. So the problems exist beyond the BOD.

The projects are the creations of this particular BOD. They have authorized and managed all the works that have gone into production of the BFS for Sconi etc. Those creations are not a separate thing from the BOD. They have 'engineered' the outcomes they seek.

A new BOD may have a totally different view on what those potential outcomes are - which may not be favourable.

An honest reappraisal is required here. Including an honest assessment of just why SKI, Marcus and Sophia walked when they did and why none of them have been replaced. Or why there has been little other progress and why the BOD has "shut up shop'
