I really do like what I see in this presentation. MYS may not be aiming to be the biggest but they are going to give being the best a good shot. For are a regional bank they are showing very good figures and more particularly growth in what I call the "bums on seats area" ie customer retention and new customers together with high customer satisfaction levels. The honesty in reporting that their next set of metrics will show a lower level of ROE together with the obvious reasons why is also a good sign of trustworthy management which SH should look for.
