In this address to shareholders Mr.Turnbull makes reference to "the small group of minority shareholders".

This small group has simply been a conduit for us other minority shareholders to vent our frustration over the direction the company is being taken.

Of 243 shareholders that voted today, around 50% voted against both resolutions.

That is not a small group!

In my opinion open discussion is the order of the day, not an "us against them" attitude.
