There are not many humanitarians out there among pharma executives could extend this to most corporate executives !. Some people get bored in retirement and want to come back for a few years or lose money in bad investments and a good monetary offer lures them back. Only thing that matters is will he achieve the outcomes and given he may not take on another job hopefully this does not reduce the incentive for good results to keep reputation in top form.
