Amaero happy to terminate its Australian facility agreement and pays out legal settlement (~$1.5 million). Clearly a smart decision based on future revenue as a result of moving the facility offshore. I believe that the construction industry in the UAE is growing exponentially, focussing on that market is key. Funding to ‘hopefully’ come now that the feasibility has been presented to the Emirates Development Bank. This funding if granted could inject massive capital into this facility as well as mass production of further devices for sale.

Hank is finding any outlet available to acquire as many shares as possible. Purchasing 18c options at an undisclosed price, that’s really stretching it, I wonder if he paid market price for these (12-14c) based on shares being near redeem price.

The appointed Strategic Advisor as well, you only need to search his name online to see his extensive involvement in UAE developments, me thinks he has his finger in a few pies…

Hank and Co are escrowed until 31 May, at which point I’m expecting one of a few things.

1. Financing facility established
1A. In conjunction with approvals for the Titanium Powder facility
2. Hank & Co purchasing everything on market up to 50c plus. Bringing MC to ~150mil.
3. Major contract signed or JV with UAE based construction company.
4. Buy-out. Attractive for someone wanting to acquire an established technology and associated patents.

I’ve topped up again and looks like there’s about to be a price breakout prior to the 31st of May!

Don't really understand why you say the market price for the options is 12-14c. Closing price today was 4c. From what I can see they have topped out over the last few months at around 6c.
