this is a very high wire act for a very complex set of stakeholders.........throw growers into the mix as well as Sydney based lawyers......this is a real picnic.....from my past experience in these matters generally they dont make it due to the complexity and it is easier just to shut the thing down, sell the assets to a new entity and move on.......i.e move the assets out of the QIN corporate shell which is tainted.
I will wait and see but I still suspect this will be the outcome...happy to be surprised otherwise......
note for growers based on past experience...you are probably stuffed as well but fight hard
