I just cleared my mailbox after an absence and read the letter.

I am not so sure that FW is the go to man for this....his alleged inattention to detail (Galderma) seems to indicate that he had his eye off the ball.

I would think of supporting FW back to CEO if;
1. ALL his shares were placed in escrow for 1-2 years (or converted to Options with a high conversion price)
2. The chairperson/MD was a very experienced good operator with a good reputation.

i.e. Let FW run the operations but the MD/Chair runs the company group.
