Sadly their new demands go way beyond those rights u have quoted. Why risk adding fuel to fire and getting nothing back. I am a large shareholder and have family members with large grower holdings who are also frustrated by this. Growers and shareholders get nothing if this company goes down . This is such a critical time for talks and more bad news is adding fuel to the real possibility of insolvency. Insolvency gets rid of growers issues, shareholders and class actions . Great opportunity to buy in a fire sale for zilch and Ferriers will make their millions as will lawyers.

It's really bad timing and counter productive.
