Exactly. The board has to act in the interests of shareholders... which is why alignment of interests /skin in the game is important. Current board have next to no skin in the game that they've paid for out of their own pocket. Shareholders ultimately have to approve any offer and I don't think the Company is in a position to knock back offers of capital at the moment, regardless of personal views.

I also note that when FW stood down the shares were +$1.10. I think we'd all accept something close to that at the moment!
