I attended the AGM.
The takeaway message was that net net customer losses have curtailed.
Customer growth though small has returned. They expect it to improve.
David Clarke was impressive; facts were at his fingertips.
One disgruntled shareholder organised a protest vote against the Directors salary level.
Seems to think that getting a new set of change agents on miniscule salaries will solve all problems.
Good luck with that !
Said shareholders had heard transformation plans before to no avail.
Current management is working through all the legacy issues.
Intense competition in the industry.
I expect shareprice to gently rise throughout 2018
