I think the biggest IF TCL holders need to worry about is, Will TCL's bankers re finance the companys debt when interest rates rise on favourable terms or will they insist TCL pay much higher rates, will TCL be able to absorb higher interest rates and still trade on a PE of 50, that's the big IF.
when interest rate rises put the brakes on TCL I doubt very much the market will allow it trade on a PE of more than 25 to be honest, there is a 50% cut to the stock price right there.
