While the ASA guy didn't present well, I was sort of glad to see that there is some organisation trying to keep company Boards honest. Boards have so much in the way of power and resources relative to small shareholders. Its a bit like a small employee doesn't need a Union until things go stray. While agreeing that his questions didn't hit the mark, and acknowledging that DW may have felt aggrieved because he'd already answered them prior to the meeting, it made me think I should look into his ASA in more detail and maybe support them so they can do a better job rather than go away all together.
