What about the ethics and sustainability behind shark cartilage derivatives, do we know if this is a synthetic form or actual derivative from shark cartilage, if so, surely that presents another potential dilemma does it not?

Anyway, what we have learned in the past week is that BTM has matured and is now present in many forms over a range of clinical applications, and we are yet to be faced with a major (published!) documented adverse event from the use of BTM - wow, cop that...
