AGM was a fire cracker....board performance put under the microscope and they failed at every turn from Chairmans trades to pulling the buyback and new MD appointment over a weekend with zero formal process and a rem package where the company rem consultants didn't get involved (clearly that was a mad scrabble). The whole board would have been tossed if that was possible. Insto's would have bailed on this stock reading the tea leaves on all these corporate governance failures before the average punter wraps their head around it....maybe Friday will be a watershed for board renewal.
