This has essentially derisked the contract loss. I think the upside from any turnaround in education is a huge opportunity- the whole sector got destroyed a few years ago and you would think ASH as one of the survivors would be well positioned.

Still trading at about 4x EV/EBITDA so potential for doubling in the next 18 months, I think this year is more about consolidation than anything else, but any acquisitions and/or resolution of the legal dispute could change things. Having survived the market onslaught more or less intact, not as cheap on relative valuation measures (a lot more value around in general!).
