Gee, things sound like they've slowed considerably in the residential construction side.
This company is clearly undervalued based on asset-backing, but I'm afraid it is going to remain that way (and possibly become even more undervalued as the downturn - which looks to me more serious than I had initially expected - bites heavily into cash flows, something about which there is little management can do to soften the blow, given the high fixed cost base of the business.
My short dalliance with CAA is over. I consider myself lucky to emerge unscathed.
