What I understand is NVX is in the business of manufacturing ultra-high purity high performance Anode material that is used in the production of Lithium-Ion battery. NVX is not in the business of manufacturing the battery itself.
Anode, beside the Cathode and Electrolyte is one of the main elements of Lithium-Ion battery.
In short, NVX sells Anode materials to Lithium-Ion battery manufacturers.
