The cap raise cash is nearly all gone, 1 quarter of cash left.... what then, another raise at heavy discount to the current 4 year low price (Oct 2018)? A cap raise at perhaps 1 cent at best?
Another In Vivo trial in Canada yet no mention of funding it, by who and how much?
Not long after the last cap raise the early Christmas Grinch negative announcement rolled, all these regulatory issues etc and the decline set in.
