Agree entirely!!
Directors and senior management are happy to receive hefty renumeration but not a cracker for long-suffering shareholders. Nice wicket!.
The Chair is also happy to swan yearly tours of properties yet never any mention of proposing similar inspections by, say, a handful of shareholders in order to see for themselves the benefits of the Board's preference of continual "re-investment" in lieu of dividends.
