Looks like Mr Streeter is not short of a dollar, due to his success at turning explorers into miners. IMO, this shows he didn't join CZN for the paycheck, but rather the opportunity to repeat his success with Western Area and Jubilee Mines. Just speculation on my part; with Mr Streeter's appointment and focus shifting back to Lynn Lake, it places Mt Gilmore on the back-burner due to finite funds. This is a figurative FU to Hanking for not supporting the company in the last SPP. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Hanking do a block trade and exit CZN in the future.
