This is a satisfactory announcement. Firstly it means no one new is being added to the board. Secondly Ian Ross has been a loyal director and is the only non executive director that has supported the company by actually buying shares for years. (MD's Rob Murdoch, Frank Reid and now Chris Jordinson all had real money in shares).
