Yes but this is what the engineering firms and other consultants are doing but what are HIO STAFF doing day in day out..? sitting at their desk waiting for a reply from their JV email asking to be our partner?
and FEED scaled down should not take a year of majority of work is done. IMO they should ditch the pipe line for now, find that low lying ore dig it up and truck it ASAP, start getting money flowing in
