As I said to gassed on another thread , one can do anything with enough assumptions . I will use the same theme with some assumptions

I have a farm operation , It's in my back yard . It is a world class operation
I have four sheep
The pay back is 1 year
They cost me 200 dollars to buy and I intend to sell them for 400

Assumptions
My sheep will be the fasting growing sheep in Australia
I haven't included food for the sheep
I haven't included water
I haven't included vet fees
I haven't considered mortality
I haven't included labour
I haven't included transport costs
I haven't include costs to rent my back yard
To sell these sheep I will need to hire someone else , but I haven't included that
Haven't included taxes on any profit

But I can on the above assumptions produce a slide showing an impressive IRR . By the way , when sheep are selling at 230 a head , I like to state its s highly profitable operation
The company will be names Austin Agriculture . I will release some pictures of the sheep being weighed a couple of days for the AGM to ensure shareholders are feeling bullish and vote for the resolutions including remuneration
