I am aware that AKK has no debt. YOU specifically said

"any of the Big 4 Aussie Banks would kill
for the projected IRR for these wells..given that the Banks
generally look at around 30%IRR..at best..
as being the yardstick for shareholder return"

That is what's laughable. Talk to a bank about what a bank cares about and they don't care about what the borrowers forecasted IRR is (using whatever assumptions & exclusions they use) on the funds.

What kind of research do you do anyway?
