Sooo, the 3 year stretch target is 20 cents. Not bad if you are just investing now (especially if the SP goes below 2 cents). Not great for long termers like me who haven't averaged down this whole time. Kinda makes the WFLOA options useless too if 20 cents is a 3 year stretch target.

Also, if a 20 day VWAP of 3.3 cents is a 3 year performance target, it seems that we are going to go much lower very soon (otherwise who would approve a target so low)
