I've been a shareholder of PNV for quite a while now and want it to be one of my long-term holdings.
However it's somewhat hard for me to get over the fact that DW and PB have, in several occasions, clearly suggested that year on year revenue doubling for the next few years would be very achievable for PNV. The latest one was last AGM in November. Then two months later, they announced 31% as sales growth in the 1st half. and in between directors have unloaded some shares, though very small portion in the case of PB.
I see today's announcement as a direct response of DW to the bearish view held by some fund managers, as featured in a recent Livewire interview, but not sure whether it's a smart move...
Only my personal thoughts here.
